Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Tier
The free tier of NestStep requires no payment and is not subject to any refund process. You may use the free tier indefinitely at no charge.
2. Paid Plans
Paid plans are billed quarterly and processed through Stripe. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. The price at the time of subscription is the price you pay for the duration of that billing cycle.
3. Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email support@nest-step.app from the email address associated with your account. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your account will move to read-only mode, and your data will be preserved. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 60 days at support@nest-step.app. Verified billing errors are refunded in full regardless of the 7-day window.
6. Changes to This Policy
Field Assembly LLC may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email if you have an account.
